11th November, 1921.
Dear Sir,
You may remember that, in answer to a question
of yours in the House on the 1st March, Colonel
乖
Anery, who was then Under Secretary of State for the
Colonies, promised that he would show you a translation
of the form in common use in connection with the
adoption of children in Hong Kong, as soon as it
could he obtained from the Governor. A cony of one
of these documenta has now been received from the
Governor, and is enclosed, together with some
explanatory notes regarding it.
Youra faithfully,
(sqd) A.J.O
Sir Alfred Yeo, M.P;
